Current opportunities.
Project Manager
Lead data center, energy, and industrial projects from preconstruction through commissioning. 5+ years of heavy civil or industrial experience.
Superintendent
Direct daily field operations including self-perform crews and subcontractor coordination. 7+ years of heavy civil experience.
Project Engineer
Support preconstruction and field engineering. Assist with takeoffs, submittals, RFIs, and field coordination. BSME, BSCE, or equivalent.
Equipment Operators
Operate dozers, excavators, motor graders, and other heavy equipment on GPS-controlled job sites. 3+ years of earthwork experience.
Concrete Crews
Self-perform concrete work including forming, rebar placement, pouring, and finishing. ACI certification preferred.
Laborers
Support field operations across all self-perform scopes. Willingness to learn and advance. OSHA 10 preferred; we will train.
