Current opportunities.
Project Manager
ManagementLead data center, energy, and industrial projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships. 5+ years of heavy civil or industrial construction experience.
Superintendent
Field LeadershipDirect daily field operations including self-perform crews and subcontractor coordination. Manage safety, quality, and schedule on-site. 7+ years of heavy civil construction experience with self-perform background.
Project Engineer
EngineeringSupport preconstruction and field engineering for active projects. Assist with takeoffs, submittals, RFIs, and field coordination. BSME, BSCE, or equivalent. EIT preferred.
Equipment Operators
Field OperationsOperate dozers, excavators, motor graders, and other heavy equipment on GPS-controlled job sites. 3+ years of earthwork experience. CDL preferred.
Concrete Crews
Field OperationsSelf-perform concrete work including forming, rebar placement, pouring, and finishing. Experience with industrial foundations, SOG, and equipment pads. ACI certification preferred.
Laborers
Field OperationsSupport field operations across all self-perform scopes -- earthwork, utilities, concrete, and general site work. Willingness to learn and advance. OSHA 10 preferred; we will train.
