Our construction capabilities
Data center construction brings several contractors onto the same site. Bolt's civil and structural work is planned around the foundations, utility routes, and completed areas needed for building and equipment installation. We establish those handoffs with the project team before work begins.
Campus sitework
Grading, building pads, drainage, and access for data halls, equipment yards, and future phases.
Building foundations
Concrete foundations and slabs built to the structural drawings, with underground services and embedded items coordinated before placement.
Equipment foundations
Pads and foundations for generators, transformers, and other equipment within the civil contract.
Underground connections
Drainage, grouped electrical conduits, utility crossings, and building entries planned together.
Support buildings
Metal building erection for facilities that support campus operations.
Construction access
Delivery routes, material storage, and phased completion arranged around other contractors and equipment installation.
