EQUIPMENT & FLEET

Our Iron. Our Crews. Our Accountability.

Bolt Contracting owns its heavy equipment fleet because self-perform means nothing without the iron to back it up. Our dozers, excavators, motor graders, cranes, and concrete equipment are maintained by our own mechanics, operated by our own crews, and equipped with GPS machine control technology.

FLEET

Equipment categories.

Earthwork

Our earthwork fleet handles mass grading, land clearing, and excavation for sites up to 500+ acres. GPS machine control on every dozer and grader.

D6 & D8 dozers with GPS
CAT 336 & 349 excavators
CAT 631 scrapers
Articulated dump trucks (ADT)

Grading

Precision grading to design tolerances without survey stake-chasing. GPS-guided motor graders achieve finish grade in a single pass.

Motor graders with GPS
Compactors (sheep foot & smooth drum)
Water trucks
Soil stabilization equipment

Hauling

On-site and over-the-road hauling capacity for earthwork, materials, and equipment mobilization. CDL-qualified operators.

Articulated haul trucks
Dump trucks & trailers
Lowboy trailers
Flatbed trailers

Concrete

Complete concrete self-perform capability from forming through finishing. Industrial-grade equipment for high-volume pours.

Concrete pumps
Forming systems
Rebar fabrication equipment
Finishing equipment

Lifting

Crane and rigging capability for steel erection, equipment setting, and material handling on industrial and data center sites.

Mobile cranes
Rough terrain cranes
Forklifts & telehandlers
Man lifts & aerial platforms

Support

Support fleet that keeps primary equipment running and job sites operational. In-house mechanics for maintenance and repair.

Service trucks
Fuel trucks
Generators & light plants
Survey & layout equipment
TECHNOLOGY

Precision through technology.

GPS machine control

Trimble and Topcon GPS systems on dozers, graders, and excavators. Operators grade to the 3D design model in real time, eliminating the traditional cycle of surveying, staking, grading, and re-checking. Reduces earthwork rework by 50%+ on large sites.

Drone surveying

UAV-based aerial survey and progress monitoring. Weekly drone flights produce orthomosaic imagery, volumetric calculations, and progress documentation. Faster and more accurate than traditional ground surveys for large-area sites.

Grade control systems

Automated grade control on excavators and dozers for precision excavation of trenches, foundations, and building pads. Achieves tolerances measured in hundredths of a foot without manual grade checking.
