From First Conversation to Completion
Plan the Work Before It Reaches the Field
You may be evaluating a site, completing the design, or preparing to award construction. We begin at that stage and work through the decisions needed to price, plan, and build the project.
Project Review
We start by learning about the facility, the site, and the work you need completed. Together, we establish whether you need a general contractor or crews for a specific part of construction.
Bring the plans you have, the project address, your expected timing, and a preliminary budget for the work. You do not need a complete design to begin the conversation.
Scope and Pricing
We develop the construction scope and pricing around the available drawings and site information. The proposal identifies the work included, assumptions that affect the price, and responsibilities shared with other contractors.
Share the design team's contacts, site reports, and bid requirements. Point out work assigned to others and any decisions that still need to be made.
Construction Planning
Before crews arrive, we work through access, deliveries, material storage, and the order of construction. The plan needs to accommodate other trades and any business operations continuing on the property.
Confirm site restrictions, required approvals, inspections, and the schedule for other work before construction begins.
Construction
Our crews carry out the agreed work, coordinating site preparation, concrete, and building erection with the activities around them. When questions or changing conditions arise, the project team needs a clear way to review the options and make decisions.
Agree on project contacts, drawing updates, and the process for reviewing changes so field crews work from current information.
Completion and Handover
At completion, we review the work against the contract, address outstanding items, and coordinate the records and inspections needed for handover.
Confirm closeout expectations in the project agreement, including required inspections, records, and the owner's acceptance process.
