The Georgia Department of Economic Development's September 2025 release reports 423 expansions and new locations supported during fiscal year 2025, representing more than $26.3 billion in committed investment and 23,200 future private-sector jobs. It reports that 77% of those projects were outside the 10-county Atlanta region. These statewide commitments provide context for development activity.
