Scope of work

Grading and earthwork
Excavation, fill placement, building pads, and finish grading based on the civil drawings and soil conditions.
Stormwater infrastructure
Drainage pipes, structures, and detention-area sitework connected to the grading and discharge plan.
Underground utilities
Utility routes, crossings, and building entry points coordinated before roads, foundations, and finished surfaces are installed.
Access and working areas
Construction roads, material storage areas, and permanent access planned for the vehicles and equipment using the site.
Phased completion
Building pads, roads, and other work areas completed in the order needed by the following trades.
