Drawing releases and design decisions organized with the owner, architects, engineers, and equipment suppliers.

Construction pricing reviewed as the design develops, with assumptions, allowances, and exclusions clearly identified.
Construction review
Site access, foundations, materials, and erection methods considered while design changes are still possible.
Purchasing and deliveries
Building-system and equipment selections planned around drawing approvals, supplier delivery dates, and construction needs.
Field coordination
Current design information carried into the work, with an agreed process for questions and changes.

The proposal should name the design team and set out the design services, construction work, review process, and owner responsibilities. A clear agreement gives everyone a common basis for developing and building the project.
