Bolt coordinates underground construction with the site grading, building foundations, and roads above it. We work with project teams on drainage, water, sewer, and the civil work needed for electrical and communication routes.

Sanitary sewer
Sewer lines, structures, and connections planned around required grades, existing conditions, and utility-owner requirements.
Water distribution
Water mains and service connections installed to approved drawings, with testing and acceptance responsibilities established.
Fire-water infrastructure
Underground routes and civil work for fire-water mains and hydrants coordinated with the fire-protection contractor.
Electrical and communication routes
Trenching and concrete encasement for grouped underground conduits, often called ductbanks.
Existing utility connections
Relocations, crossings, and tie-ins planned from utility records, field verification, and the site's operating requirements.
Planning considerations
Confirm who owns each utility, who performs the connection, and how the work will be tested and accepted. Verify existing utility locations and elevations before work proceeds through those areas.
