Turnkey Construction
Turnkey construction means one team delivers the entire project from site work through commissioning under a single contract. At Bolt, turnkey is not just a marketing term -- it is a delivery model backed by self-perform capabilities on the critical path and PE engineering in-house.
What we deliver.
Site work through commissioning
A single contract covering every phase -- land clearing, mass grading, utilities, foundations, structural steel, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning.
Self-perform critical path
We put our own crews on the scopes that control the schedule: earthwork, concrete, underground utilities, and steel erection.
PE engineering in-house
Licensed professional engineers develop structural, civil, and construction engineering concurrently with field operations.
Single point of accountability
One contract, one team, one phone call. When you need an answer on schedule, budget, quality, or scope, you call one person.
Schedule compression
Turnkey delivery enables parallel-path construction. We start sitework while design advances and overlap phases.
Quality assurance
Continuous quality control from subgrade through commissioning. The engineers who design the building inspect the work.
