Access, grading, drainage, utilities, and building-pad preparation coordinated with the rest of construction.
Foundations and building erection
Concrete and building work sequenced around approved drawings, completed foundations, and material deliveries.
Roof and wall construction
Roofing, walls, doors, openings, and accessories coordinated with the framing and adjoining trades.
Trades and suppliers
Specialty contractors, utility providers, and equipment suppliers brought into the construction schedule.
Completion and handover
Remaining work, inspections, records, and owner acceptance organized around the agreed completion requirements.
Planning considerations
A turnkey agreement should state what is included: design, permits, utilities, equipment, testing, and handover documents. Resolve those responsibilities before construction begins.
