Drainage, utility crossings, and grouped underground electrical conduits reviewed together before foundations or paving cover the work.
Construction access
Routes and working areas for deliveries, material storage, and installation equipment throughout construction.
Support buildings
Metal building erection for support facilities, with foundations and material deliveries planned together.

Define civil and structural work alongside the electrical, cooling, and commissioning requirements. Each contractor should know which foundations, underground connections, and completed work areas must be ready for the next installation.
