Metal building erection
Steel framing and roof and wall systems installed in sequence with the foundations and manufacturer drawings.
Equipment foundations
Pads and foundations built to the equipment requirements, with a planned route for delivery and installation.
Facility additions
Building connections, utility tie-ins, and site access planned around existing structures and continuing operations.
Planning considerations
Describe how the facility will operate before finalizing the building and site plan. Clear height, floor loads, door openings, deliveries, equipment, and future expansion all affect construction.
