Mass Grading & Earthwork
Mass grading is the first work on every greenfield project -- and the scope that determines whether the rest of the schedule holds. On a 500-acre data center campus, the earthwork phase can involve moving millions of cubic yards of material across months of continuous operation. We self-perform this work with our own fleet of GPS-guided dozers, excavators, motor graders, and haul trucks.
What we deliver.
Mass grading
Large-scale earthwork for data center campuses, industrial sites, and solar farms. Cut/fill balancing, compaction to specification, and final grade tolerances.
Land clearing
Clearing, grubbing, and demolition for greenfield and brownfield sites. Includes tree removal, stump grinding, topsoil stripping, and disposal.
Erosion & sediment control
Georgia EPD-compliant erosion and sediment control plans, installation, and maintenance. NPDES monitoring throughout construction.
GPS-guided machine control
Trimble and Topcon GPS machine control systems on dozers, motor graders, and excavators. Precision grading to design tolerances without survey stake-chasing.
Cut/fill optimization
PE-engineered grading plans that balance earthwork quantities to minimize off-site hauling. 3D modeling and quantity takeoffs.
Stormwater management
Temporary and permanent stormwater infrastructure including detention ponds, sediment basins, outlet structures, and water quality features.
