The corridor spans several cities and counties, so identify the reviewing authority for each parcel and off-site improvement. Newton County's Development Services page, for example, specifically serves unincorporated Newton County; it is not a single permitting desk for the whole corridor.
Check whether regional review applies
Larger developments may affect roads, utilities, and neighboring jurisdictions. Georgia DCA publishes guidance on Developments of Regional Impact. Ask the local planning authority and design team whether that review applies and how it fits the approval schedule.
